Heyzeva is an AI-powered blog automation platform that generates, publishes, and manages blog content optimized for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The Service includes content generation, scheduling, publishing, and related features.

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
Content generated by the Service using your inputs is owned by you. You are free to use, modify, and distribute generated content as you see fit.
AI-generated content is provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, harassing, or that infringes on the rights of others.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
